So, P90X is a butt kicker. I hate it, but I Love it! I don't think I have ever been so sore in my whole life. Listen people, P90X will kick it up so hard that you will want to quit. But its so Fun at the same time.
(Monday) The first day was hard. Chest and Back. I have done thousands of push-ups before in my life and its not fun. I hate Monday mornings now because that's when I do the push-ups. I don't know about you but my wrists hurt when I do push-ups, so I am going to figure out something about that.
(Tuesday) The Second day it's Plyometrics (a.k.a. Jump Training)! It's hopping, jumping, bouncing like a rabbit, it's X-treme!
(Wednesday) Shoulders and Arms! This is the fun part! That's because these are the muscles that everyone sees, and the Public Representatives of P90X (not to mention the concealed weapons in some cases)!
(Thursday) The Fourth day - Yoga! I hate Yoga! But I will continue to do it. It just makes me dizzy and feel like I want to puke, but I do it!
(Friday) Legs and Back! Could nothing be more hard! My Legs just hurt after Plyometrics and then 2 days later do Legs and back...that was hard yet fun - I admit.
(Saturday) Kenpo - Can you say Karate! That was fun and I am grateful for that. I wanna beat someone up now!
Even though it was tough, it was fun! I have even found myself a better person. I am not too up tight like I was. I am not as quick to judge either. I have been happier and even more grateful for the things I have. I do have good health but I don't want to lose that gift and so I am trying to not let me become a contestant on the Biggest Loser!
(not that being a contestant on the Biggest Loser is a Bad thing, just that I don't want to take the place of someone else that deserves to be on it)
